Welcome to the PTHSD Genesis SchoolFi Employee Portal.
Pay Stubs - July 2022 and future pay stubs can be found on the SchoolFi Employee Portal. Pay stubs for prior to and including June 2022 can be found on the Doculivery Employee Portal.
Employee Change of Information forms (name changes, changes in marital status, and birth/adoption of a child) are located in the SchoolFi Employee Portal > Documents > Employee Forms screen, in the Human Resources Forms folder.
Employees can update their contact information, and add emergency contact records, on their SchoolFi Employee Portal Contacts screen.
NOTE: To log into your portal account:
- For current staff members with a district email address, click on the Log in with GoogleSSO button and select your district account.
- For former or external staff members using a personal email address, enter the user name and password you have selected. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “I have forgotten my password” link to reset your password.
If you are having trouble logging in, please submit a helpdesk ticket for assistance. A link to the PTHSD Helpdesk is located in the upper right corner of the Genesis SchoolFi Employee Portal website.
The Signature PIN on the Security tab is a 4-6 digit number or word you assign when you create your signature. It is not your email password. If you need to have your Signature PIN reset, log into the Genesis SchoolFi Employee Portal, go to the SECURITY tab, and click the "Request a Signature PIN Change" button.
